About Counsel
Wayne Norde is an Attorney-at-Law admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Dominica, appearing regularly before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court sitting in Roseau. His chambers serve individuals, families, businesses and public bodies across the Nature Isle.
Beyond the bar, Mr. Norde stepped into public life in November 2022 when he was duly nominated as an Independent candidate for the Roseau South constituency in the December 6 general election — campaigning as a grassroots movement unaffiliated with any political party, asking the people for the chance to represent them effectively in Parliament.
That same commitment — to listen first, to act with integrity, and to put the client before the cause — shapes every brief that crosses his desk.

The Nature Isle
The Commonwealth of Dominica — the Nature Isle of the Caribbean — is more than jurisdiction. It is community. From the colonial streets of Roseau to the rainforest of Morne Trois Pitons, the country's seven hundred fifty square miles hold the people Mr. Norde rises every morning to serve.
Legal matters in Dominica are heard before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, a regional court of unlimited jurisdiction whose High Court and Court of Appeal serve nine Member States and Territories. Local counsel matters: counsel who knows the registry, the bench, and the bar.
